Galia Linn’s exhibition “Resurgence” opens Saturday, March 23rd from 6-9pm. Curated by Emma Gray, Linn’s new body new body of work delves into internal landscapes through new paintings focusing on the theme of sanctuary. While past works created communal sanctuaries, the new pieces explore individual inner landscapes. Inspired by natural landscapes and rebirth symbolized by trees, Linn employs textured watercolor techniques in both her paintings and sculptures, creating organic, layered compositions that symbolize growth and transformation.
